Laura Bishop Long, MS
Mental Health Support
Since 2009 I have been helping people recover and live a life of value. After obtaining my master's degree in counseling/psychology, I knew I had found my purpose; to support and guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery. My professional experience extends to working with adults, adolescents and their families; struggling with addiction, relationship issues, codependency, disordered eating and emotional trauma. Currently working as a wellness + recovery coach, I have held a number of prestigious positions in the behavioral health field, including counselor, therapist, nutritionist and executive director. Incorporating my extensive clinical background, my unique and effective coaching process is designed to create a solid foundation for transformation and healing. My goal is to offer individualized care, centered around spirituality, self-compassion, wellness and holistic health.
I have always been fascinated with personal development and conscious change, believing everyone deserves the opportunity to live to their fullest potential. I also believe in the power of shared experiences, using my own story to connect with others.
